Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your user name and password. We'll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

Don't worry. We've got you covered. Here's what you need to do.

A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

Placing and Delivery

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.

  • Online - Log on to www.hamporio.com and have fun shopping!
  • You can mail us all the details at support@hamporio.com and we place an order for you.

We would require the following information from you -

  • Recipient's name
  • Complete delivery address, along with the pin code
  • Contact number of the recipient
  • Date of delivery
  • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand
  • Sender's name
  • Shipping option
  • Billing information

We aim at providing high-quality service. At Hamporio, you can avail the benefits of personalised order. However, we require your assistance for the same. We request you to re-check your order and verify the necessary details on the acknowledgement email to ensure they are correct, in every form. It is your responsibility to look into the fact that the details you provide that must be included in the personalised product is totally correct. We would in no way be responsible if the details are incorrect. You can make changes within 12 hours after the order has been submitted. For this, you need to contact the customer service department through an email to further the changes you want.

With respect to bulk order, you have to email us to inform the nature of the event, the quantities and other relevant information. We will respond to you in case if placing a bulk order is feasible.

To change address or other account details, just login to your account and proceed to settings. Check 'My account' page wherein you will find all your details and click on the edit option. If you face any problem, you can always email us or contact the customer service department.

 If, due to unfortunate and unseen event, the gift delivered to you is damaged or faulty; we will replace the gift collection and deliver the correct and perfect order. As soon as you receive the damaged product, you must inspect and report back to Hamporio within 5 business days in case the goods do not match the product you ordered. If you delay or not notify us regarding the condition of the product, we will in no position be able to replace the product and assume that the delivered product fits the specified requirements. No claim can be made or recognized if not reverted within 5 business days.

In the event of the product being damaged and your inability to notify us regarding the same within the stipulated time, Hamporio will make arrangements regarding the return of the product. As soon as the product arrives, it will be inspected and all attempts will be made to deliver the correct product to you. There is no refund for damaged or faulty product. It’s a non-refundable item. To remedy the grievances caused to you because of a faulty/damaged product, we require your assistance and certain details/information regarding the nature of the damaged product. These are:

1.         The details of the nature of the damage or defect reasonably.

2.         The delivery note number and other sorts of information as and when we require.

You can track your order to check the status of the order with regards to where it is, how long will it take etc. You can do so by simply clicking on Track Order. When your order has been accepted and shipped, you will be notified through an email that would have the necessary tracking information that will enable you to track the gift package at anytime from anywhere. To track the package, you simply have to visit the online tracking tool. Having done that, you have to then enter the number provided and click search option.

Yes, you can add a gift message to a number of our products. However, in some products the option to add might be unavailable. You can check the option to add while you checkout.

Shipping information

The cost of the shipping can vary depending on the location and size of the product. All Indian orders above INR 1500/- are shipped free of cost.

When your item is backordered, you will be notified regarding the approximate ship date. If there is any change with respect to the date, you will be notified via email. You will be charged only when the item is shipped to you. In case the requested item cannot be shipped, we will notify you with the available alternatives. You have the discretion to cancel your order in case we fail to provide alternatives. However, this is rarely the case.

The duration is same for all kind of products that we offer under our gift collection. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to deliver from the day the order has been confirmed. Orders that are placed on weekends or bank holidays will be delivered to you on the next working day. The cost of the delivery and packaging varies depending on the weight or location of the product and delivery respectively.

Cancellation and payments

The validity of the cancellation request is only if you make it within 24 hours of placing the order. But, before you make a request regarding the return of the product, it is recommended that you track the status of your order in the ‘My orders’ page that is under the ‘My account’ section. In case the product purchased by you has been dispatched and shipped, sadly, we would be in no position to cancel your order or modify it. We may cancel an order if it isn’t available for some reason. This will be notified to you, if it is the case, and the amount paid by you will be refunded. The mode of refund will be the same method that you used to pay for the product.

Since all the emails or calls are answered during the business hours i.e. 9.00-5.00 on business days; there can be situations where we might have already dispatched the order and were unable to respond. In these scenarios, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to modify as requested. The customer has to be satisfied with the decision we take regarding the cancellation of an order. If you want to cancel, you need to contact the customer support team by writing us at our email address or contact us on support@hamporio.com during business working hours.

The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after we have received a valid cancellation request. If the payment has been done through net banking or by using credit card or debit card, the refund will be initiated in the same bank account within the stipulated time i.e. 5-7 business days.

The discount vouchers are for one-time use only. So if you have used it on an order that you later cancel, the discount vouchers then become invalid. They can’t be reused again. The loyalty points will be credited back to your account, if you have cancelled the order.

While you make a purchase from Hamporio, you are requested to follow the instructions that entail how to make a purchase and how can you make necessary changes regarding your future orders. After you select the product from the gift collection that you want to purchase, you can then make a payment by following the steps shown on the website. 

You can pay either through e-way payments, PayPal, UPI payment and other modes as its convenient to you. Rest assured, your credit card number, in no scenario, can be seen by either Hamporio or any third party. Your funds are secure and will never be touched by us or any of the third party. All data is encrypted and protected.

Returns

It is important to note that not all products can be returned. It is your responsibility to check if the product you have ordered is returnable. Thus, please ensure the return and exchange policy of a product by checking the product description page on Hamporio very thoroughly. It is well within our rights to refuse a return request. In case of a customized/personalized product, no return request will be accepted since the products are specifically tailored as per the request of the customer. Products shipped outside India are not eligible for return.

If you wish to return the delivered product, you must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the order. You can check the return policy from the product description page. The item to be returned must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. It must have the label intact and the product must be returned to us in the original package. Again, we have the discretion to refuse the return request for any reason. To return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Reach out to the customer service department within 5 business days via email at support@hamporio.com.
  2. Mention the order details and the reason for return/replace/refund your order. You have to attach the image of the product and the invoice for reference.
  3. The product will be picked up in 2-4 business days. The refund will be initiated once the product reaches the warehouse and has undergone the quality check.
  • In case of unavailability of a product that you seek for replacement, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
